The vibrating feeder is used for continuous and uniform feeding of crushing equipment and coarse screening of materials. It adopts double vibration exciters to bear the falling impact of large materials and has a large feeding capacity. In the production process, the vibrating feeder can feed blocky and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device evenly, timely and continuously, in order to prevent shutdown of the receiving device arising from uneven feeding and extend the service life of equipment. The vibrating feeder can be divided into steel plate feeder and grate feeder. The former is mostly used in sand and gravel production line to evenly deliver materials to the crushing equipment; the latter can be used for coarse screening of materials to improve the economical efficiency and reasonability of system, so it has become essential for crushing and screening.
The vibrating feeder also can be divided into monolayer feeder and bilayer feeder. The bilayer feeder is the latest patented product of our company, which not only can feed materials to the mining machines continuously and evenly, but also can feed a part of fine aggregates that will not enter the two-stage crusher into the two-stage crusher, in order to greatly improve the capacity of one-stage crusher and the whole production line.
