1. Dewatering screen is composed of components such as screen box, exciter, elastic support device, flexible coupler and motor.
2. Dewatering screen is developed according to the principle of self-synchronization. The direction of the excitation force generated by the exciter forms a fixed angle with the horizontal direction. Two sets of eccentric blocks have the same mass and rotate synchronously in reverse directions. The components the instantaneous centrifugal forces generated along the vibration direction always overlap, while the components in their normal direction always cancel each other out, thus forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction, causing reciprocating rectilinear movement of the screen box.
3. Dewatering screen, mainly used for dewatering, desliming and media removal, can be used for water washing for sand and gravel plants, coal slurry recovery for coal-separating plants, and dry discharge of tailings for mineral processing plants.
