GZD series vibrating feeder is also known as the material feeder. In the sand-gravel material production line, large pieces of stone can be uniformly and continuously conveyed to the crusher with screening function. GZD series vibrating feeder adopts linear vibration type feeding with whole base structure. 

GZD series vibrating feeder is composed of feeding tank body, vibration motor, spring support and so on. The vibration source of the vibration feeding of the tank body is the vibration motor, and two vibrating motors rotate reversely at the same time, so that the tank body is vibrated, and the materials can continuously flow to reach the purpose of conveying materials.

According to the actual application scenes, it includes the feeder below silo and feeder out of silo, the feeder below chamber is directly arranged under the silo to reduce the feeding height; feeder below silo is installed in front of the silo and under the silo.
